Ready-to-use Supplementary Food (RUSF) is a food supplement intended to be used as part of a nutritional program, to treat moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) for children over 6 months, for a period of 2-3 months. RUSF is intended to be eaten directly from the package with no dilution, mixing or cooking. One sachet per day is the recommended dose of RUSF and provides approximately 535kcal.
